Wall Street extends decline as investors are worried on debt crisis
FXStreet (San Francisco) - US stocks market closed down on Friday and on the weekly basis as investors are worried about debt crisis in Portugal and Argentina.
The Dow Jones declined 69.93 points or 0.42% to finish the day at 16,493.37; the DJIA collapsed 2.76% on the weekly basis. The S&P 500 lost 5.52 points or 0.29% to 1,925.15; the index fell 2.69% in the week.
The Nasdaq eased 17.13 points or 0.39% on Friday and finally wrapped up the week 2.18% down at 4,352.64.
