Flynn to testify Donald Trump 'directed him to make contact with the Russians' - ABC News

Michael Flynn, Trump's ex-national security adviser, on Friday, pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI about his ongoing communication with Russia's ambassador after the presidential elections and turned himself over to law enforcement this morning for a plea hearing in Washington.

Reporting on the developments, Brian Ross of ABC News tweeted out, "Michael Flynn promised "full cooperation to the Mueller team" and is prepared to testify that as a candidate, Donald Trump "directed him to make contact with the Russians." 

The US Dollar Index quickly dropped below the 93 mark on ABC's claim and was last seen at 92.60, down 0.4% on the day.
