US Defense Secretary warns of overwhelming response on North Korean use nuclear weapons

US Defense Secretary Mattis warns of overwhelming response of Nth Korea use nuclear weapons, according to Reuters. 

Reuters adds, citing Mattis, that any North Korean use of nuclear weapons would be met with "effective and overwhelming" response.
